I do eggs muffins and add things like courgettes into it or strawberries and apple pancakes. Pancakes are grated apple strawberries oats and greek yogurt blended. You can freeze both of this for 3 months and just chuck them in the oven or air fryer to defrost. Another thing is croissants with butter and sometimes jam. Pain au chocolates for a treat once in a while
Ella's kitchen "The first foods book" has loads of cool recipe ideas. I haven't got it yet but I have a friend with a baby who's a similar age and their meals always look very interesting
My little boy is loving banana and blueberry pancakes at the moment - literally mush up a small ripe banana and some blueberries, add an egg, bit of flour and milk (+cinnamon if you want) and whisk it all together then fry them up. I don't measure out the quantities so it's a pretty quick brekkie or lunch option x
