Spoons is lovely for bringing little ones but after a certain time they have to be out. You can get food and drink x
The only pub we have been to is The Holly Tree on Dames road in Forest Gate.. only went there because we took our dog to the groomers across the road. But a lot of babies, kids and dogs are there.. they also host kids parties but my son was quite young

I’ve heard the bell in Leytonstone is quite family friendly
We've taken our baby to pubs around Westfield Startford/ Hackney Wick and found them to be fine with a baby and easy to navigate. Xx

to be honest most pubs are family friendly before 7/8pm due to licensing , just often visit my local pubs on a Sunday for a roast with my son. i can recommend some however they aren’t in the areas above, mainly SE London
