Advice on potty training

I need advice as I'm ready to give up and put a nappy back on! So basically this is the 4th time potty training now I have a 3 year old who's been potty training for 3 weeks now the 1st week she did better she only had 4 accidents I thought we are off to a winner this is great nope the Friday of that week she had accidents everywhere and since then it's been an absolute nightmare the odd 2 days she had a big poop and wee on the potty but nothing other than that she's been holding it in so says her tummy hurts well health visitor advised check for a water infection which comes back she has but I feel that the wee was contaminated due to being in potty for a while but basically when she goes for a wee she bounces round the house and flaps her arms but then once been on the floor she's laughing at me and jumping in her we e that I can't help but tell her off😒 I'm soo drained from this honestly all I'm looking for is advice as health visitor told me to put nappy back on if she has water infection but she's now 3 so don't want to go back on this as I keep getting judged for it! Feel like the worst parent in the world honestly xx

It’s def easier the earlier you do it but try to not scold her when she has accidents. BIGGGGG CELEBRATIONS and reward if she goes on the potty. Have a huge potty party to celebrate. Let her pick out underwear she likes. Give small reward like a little m&m for pee. And a bigger reward for poop. But she doesn’t get them if she has accidents. Each time she does explain she needs to tell you when she feels she has to go or go to the potty then show you. And don’t make the reward negative if she has an accident (ex: now you don’t get an m&m bc you peed on the floor) say, next time you can get an m&m if you go on the potty.

Our little boy is nearly three and I tried about four months ago to potty train and he just wasn't getting it so rather than making it stressful for us both, I stopped. We're training again this week and it's definitely clicked, even after just three days, compared to last time so I'm glad I waited. Honestly I'd give it another couple of months as it's not worth the stress and nobody should be judging you for it! If you do decide to continue we've done naked from the waist down for the first two days which has gone well. He's had trousers on a couple of times to go out and sometimes he doesn't quite pull them out the way enough but he'll get the hang of it

Honestly we have tried everything at this point but health visitor is on to me constantly! I have tried and tried but she just doesn't seem to take to it😒 I've tried loads of treats but she's such a bright little girl I Honestly believe she's playing on it? She's not silly then? Nursery have said she's been so pleased with herself doing it in her knickers but when she's at home she's naked half bottom down😒Honestly it's soo draining but thankyou both xxx
