As a nursery nurse myself for the last 9 years I promise you it'll get better! Keep persevering. It's a new environment, new people, new routine and can be overwhelming with noise sometimes. It can take some little ones weeks and weeks to settle which is very normal, but they will get there eventually and before you know it she'll be going in and not even looking back! Try not to hang around on drop off, I always find it upsets them more! I understand how hard it is, my eldest came to work with me and I could hear her crying from next door and I broke my absolute heart all day! It took her a good few weeks to settle but when she finally did, I struggled to get her out of there 🤭😂

It took us two full weeks to no longer get tears! Hope she settles soon!
