Still barely eats
My little one is 1 on Wednesday and still hardly eats solids ( it doesn't help that he's had loads of sickness since starting nursery, so has been even less keen!). Anyone in the same boat?

Is he still having milk? We were told by the health visitor to cut his milk right down and it had made a huge difference. He now only had 1 bottle at night! She also advised to prioritise food over milk
Same boat here. Mine eats next to nothing most days. Occasionally she will surprise me and eat an adult portion of porridge, but some days she basically has nothing.

Yes! We were told to eat with her and not give her a plate and give her stuff suitable off of our plates and just to keep trying.
