So I had it with my last pregnancy 3 years ago and with this one as well. Both time on bp meds…last time I was in them for 5 months and this time I’m not sure yet…it’s currently been almost 8 weeks and still on them
@Briana they have me on them until 8 weeks pp :( what were your readings before you took the meds? I'm only on one pill right now!

@Jessica well prior to getting treated for my preeclampsia it was 170/107..now with the meds it’s usually in the 140s sometimes 130s over 80s or 90s which is still high but at least it’s controlled I gues
@Briana mine was mid 130's when I got admitted & induced. My readings before my meds are usually mid to high 130's but after I take the pill it drops to mid or high 120's 😅😅🥲 it sucks how we still have to deal with issues after baby is born!
@Jessica your readings are great! I don’t even consider 130s to be high!
Following. I also had pre-e and elevated BP post partum. I was referred to my primary care doctor for monitoring. My BP is still high whenever I miss a dose or am late taking medication 🫠
