I have started postpartum hair loss and it’s coming out like crazy. Any tips or tricks to help it stop?

I had hair loss 3 months Postpartum. I used BB JUDY MIRACLE DROPS and it helped me
I’ve been washing less, brushing less, doing oil and conditioning treatments then throwing it in braids. I’ve also started trimming my own split ends and it’s helped a bit!

YESSSS GIRL!!! LO is 1 on Sunday and my intense hair loss started 1 month ago and it’s really bad. I googled it and couldn’t find anything about hair loss at 1 year pp. I could understand if it was pre menstrual but it’s been the entire month. I feel so crappy.
