What's the first step with weaning?

Is it one food at a time? Do you give them certain foods at breakfast? I've seen likes of kendanil do porridge? Where to start!?

I'd start with veg personally so they don't get a sweet tooth . Seemed broccoli or carrots mashed or as finger foods xxx

@Emily this might be a daft question but I take it everything should be cooked? I know a baby wouldn't be able to bite raw carrot but wondered if raw is good for them to even just like play with to get used to the foods 🙈

Dm me I can send you the solid starts guide to the first 100 days, it tells you absolutely everything that you need to know

No defo not a stupid question how are we meant to know if we don't ask 🙂 download the solid starts app it tells you exactlt how to prepare each food xxx

I’ve done 2 courses - so helpful / informative. Does your HV team offer one ?

Tbh I have just tried loads of things and not put pressure to be super strict with it. Has weetabix for breakfast, yoghurt & fruit, eggy toast, pancakes Then dinner I do whatever we have mashed up and give him some finger food blw style Solid starts app is great
