I'm trying to repair my libido

How can I get a higher libido? I don't particularly enjoy sex. But, I know it's important for our relationship so I want to want it more than I currently do. My libido kind of went down even more once we started living together. But, he has done something big for our family (quit gaming, I hope long-term as he lost jobs and time together because of it) so I really need to get more sexy. I initiated it recently, but I have never had to put so much effort in to initiate it before. So, it's an unknown domain. I brought lube and massage oil and condoms etc recently, which I hope shows I am trying. I dint have the money to buy sexy underwear or anything like that, which he has said he doesn't care for it anyway. I really don't know what to do...

Speak to your Dr first but Try Maca Root supplements, liquid version. Maca is a natural aphrodisiac and can help you regulate your hormones/give you a higher libido.

I haven't heard of this! Thank you. I tried speaking to my doc about my hormones before, but they just pass it off as nothing and want to give me the pill...

Doctors are useless. I think maybe look into a vitamin supplement or a supplement that can balance the hormones. Or the maca sounds promising . I’m on the same boat and will be going the holistic way

I’ve heard amazing things about drinking okra water . You just put cut up okra in it and let it sit for 24 hours and you can Mix it with lemonade or anything . Or you can eat okra . I heard it makes you be like a waterfall naturally like crazy .

Okra! Wow I didn't know...! I'll look into both! I know right, Abril, and I can't even choose my doctors... I really wanted to even change practise as I saw one had women doctors who specialise in hormones etc but I couldn't:(

There's an orgasm course and a boost your libido course on this website! She's a Christian sex blogger and she is great! Sheila Gregiore at the site: baremarriage.com She also has a wonderful honeymoon course and puberty ECT. She has evidence based advice and it's christian, and not creepy. (She discovered that most of the Christian marriage books had very creepy language and horrible advice. So she's writing better)

@Bethany thank you SO MUCH for sharing this!!!

Yes thank you! I'm definitely going to look!
