Weeing in underwear since starting school

The same has been happening with my little boy and I’ve spoken to a few other mums with similar experiences. We’re thinking it’s a phase. Perhaps it’s the new environment and also the slightly more regimented schedule in class.

Try speaking to his teacher n asking them to remind him to go to the toilet throughout the day. My daughter was similar when she went to the nursery. took a few weeks for her to get to know the school etc now she's fine. Also, try to get him to use the toilet before u leave for school and remind him it's okay to use the toilets at school. Some times they feel like they r gonna miss out on what's going on in the classroom if they go to the toilet..lol its a phase it will pass. Its a big change.

We've not had any accidents yet but my LO has said he feels too shy to go to the bathroom in school (it's in his class so not even as if he has to ask to go).

Same here you are not alone mine just stopped 2 weeks ago. The first few weeks were stressful as I worried the school might start calling me from work. We solved it by them just having to tell him go to the toilet and not ask him if he wanted to go. He’s shy and won’t ask and also doesn’t want to miss out on play. It’s a phase it will pass.
