Ideas for meals and snacks that are nutritious and you can stomach. I don’t have any cravings and no appetite so I’m struggling to eat.

For me I ate a lot of bread specifically croissants. Maybe you should try that

For me I’m eating chewy granola bars they feel light on my stomach

I’m struggling too. But I try to have fruit at home so if I’m super hungry I can snack on that while I make myself a meal. I wouldn’t recommend any citrus fruit like mandarins or tangerines for breakfast, it’s too acidic (i threw up) i tried granola and crackers and it made it worse for me. Avocado on bread has been great. Also, warm water with honey helps. I made myself some tamales one evening and had them for breakfast so it was quick and easy in the mornings. Hope this helps 😇

I am struggling too! Nothing is appetizing and I can only eat so much before I feel sick even if it tastes good. I have been living off fruit, veggies, popsicles, cinnamon sugar toast, plain rice and salads. Meat sounds gross. But subway BLTs with cucumbers have been amazing. Protein powder in smoothies.

I’m right there with you . I’ve been eating bagels, toast, apples, and popsicles, and sometimes ramen noodles lol

Oh and my mom just gave me the advice of never let yourself get hungry, apparently that makes it worse. So snack often on things you can eat!

Easy breakfast Eggo Whole wheat waffle topped with some peanut butter. About the only thing I can stomach in the morning

Anything I want because I’m so miserable! Spending a small fortune on food delivery. 😭

Bread. Lots of toast lol

I’m not suffering from nausea.. but I seem to not be as hungry. I’ve been giving myself lots of fruits and raw veggies, & have the Habit app that gives me a reminder to drink water every hour. Try new fruits, and see if maybe you’re craving something that you’ve never had.

Bone broth

Same. I’ve been able to drink glasses of soy milk, whole grain English muffins, and fruit. Not much else. Everything else makes me feel queasy.

@Jen honestly you might be on to something i might try waffles

My doc suggested eating something small every 2 hours. Fruit, apple sauce, Greek yogurt, crackers, toast have been my go-to. I also stopped drinking any liquid while eating (wait 30 mins) and that helps a little. I try to sip a small bit of water or Gatorade every 20 mins outside of eating to stay hydrated. It’s annoying but seems to help and I’m will do anything to avoid ending up in the ER for needing fluids 🫠
