Dealing with anger

Emotions are crazy when pregnant. I wanna know if anyone has these moments of pure fury and rage, and if so, how do you guys manage it?

during the last few weeks of pregnancy, i was constantly in a REALLY bad mood, no matter how much i tried to focus on shifting my mindset towards positive vibes i genuinely just could not. i was so irritable, short tempered and just overall difficult to be around. i had rare moments of feeling good and happy, or anything remotely positively. i just tried to remind myself that i’d be meeting my little baby soon. since giving birth those challenging emotions/feelings have gone, hang on in there, your prize is yet to come. just remember to give yourself grace, pregnancy hormones can be so so intense, and the physical discomfort on top can be so challenging. ❤️

I had postpartum rage at the start (I know this is not exactly what you experience) but hormones can really take you on a roll coaster. Deep breathing, good relaxed playlist, maybe as well journaling ?

Yes your not alone, I have my moments where I wanna just rage out on EVERYONE but deep breathing, crying and listening to music works for me sending love and light 💜
