Frozen Embryo Transfer Day

Hi, what has everyone had to eat on the morning of their transfer? So mine is scheduled for 10 am. Last time I just drank water to have a semi full bladder. Didn’t eat anything. First FET failed, didn’t implant. Just wondering 💭

The failure of your first transfer is not your fault and is not down to you not eating. Do what ever you need to to make yourself feel calm and confident 🩵

Food doesn’t matter! I had 7 transfers in total before baby arrived, and literally tried everything I found online, McDonalds chips, pineapple, etc. and can confirm none of these worked 😆 really just go with you normally would.

Whatever you feel like, if you even do. I had some sunflower seed bread with avocado. They say eating before is good for your blood sugar and to get your system going. Good luck and baby dust to you! You got this!! Don't stress! 💕

You can eat and drink as normal 🥰I just had my usual breakfast with Decaff coffee. I’m sorry your FET failed, it’s not down to you! Do whatever keeps you relaxed. Wishing you lots of luck with your next transfer x

Honestly doesn’t matter …or even after tbh ! I caught a sickness bug two days past transfer and was puking my guts up, couldn’t eat or drink or even take my medication….but somehow baby stuck ! Currently 11dpt x

Nitric oxide is your friend! Scientifically proven to help folliculogenesis, oocyte maturation, fertilization and implantation. I believe most women go for Beetroot supplements or juice, I'm personally adding it to my protocol and my embroyo lady approved with big thumbs up ❤️✨️🙏🏻 These things aren't guaranteed, but we can add natural things like this that won't harm our cycles 🥰🫶🏻
