Switching to Combi
Has anyone switched from EBF to combi with formula at around 4 weeks old? Struggling with BF but don't want to fully give up!

@Amy this is what I'm hoping too. Best of both. Which formula did you go for? And what feeds do you do formula for? Would appreciate any advice 🧡
We have tried Mamia and cow and gate sometimes we use expressed milk as sometimes when he breastfeeds we have to top him up
We alternate so breastfeed and top up then bottle and pump on the next feed it varies how much we have to top him up as you obviously can’t see how much milk your baby is getting
I also stopped EBF for my sanity at around 4 weeks. LO is 8 weeks now and I give him a bottle and top it up with breastfeeding. I find that he sleeps longer if I give him a bottle at night

We do combination and it’s saved my sanity my little boy struggles massively with breastfeeding and falls asleep so being able to do combination feeding helps take that pressure away
