Post partum hair loss

I saw another post on here about hair loss, I’m wondering if anyone had any remedies that actually worked to help regrowth? My hair is very fine as it is so it’s pretty noticeable when it’s tied up which is most of the time now when I don’t get a chance to wash it

I found lots of places are willing to sell you magic cures but I couldn't find any evidence that any of them worked. I wore hats and wide hairbands to cover it as much as I could and to tame the baby hairs as they grew, kept up with my vitamins and ate foods to support hair growth. I think realistically it just takes time, there aren't really any magic cures

Mine has been awful- it’s growing back well but does look like I have a dodgy fringe 😂 It’s all the usual things- I use hair oil once a week on my scalp and massage it in to help stimulate hair growth, use a hair mask once a week prior to washing to help keep the hair in a health condition, take my vitamins and minimise heat on my hair x

I take my multivitamins and have also started taking collagen supplements. Someone recommended Alfaparf energising scalp renew shampoo & tonic to me. It’s too soon for me to say whether it’s working but it’s a nice shampoo anyway so worth a shot. My hair loss has def reduced since getting my haircut too.

I went through absolute hell with this, I have really thick hair and yet ended up with two circles of no hair at all 🫣😭 Rosemary oil does help a lot but I ended up getting a root tap at the hairdressers and the growth was great after that. How are you feeling? I remember it being such a hard time and really emotional. Xx
