Hey. Completely off topic. My due date is 9th Nov. Does perineum massage help with avoiding episiotomy cut? I'm so scared. I can't walk much. Haven't had sex in last 3 months. Can really feel tightness even when I squat to pick up something.
@Pallavi i did perineum massages and i still had episiotomy as my baby’s heart rate was dropping so they had to get her out quick so not really x
@Pallavi you will feel tightness down there now as it’s coming to the end of your pregnancy it’s just pelvic pressure if you have a pregnancy ball use that it really helps relieve the pressure xx
