Swimming

Hi all My LO is just over 5 months and I’d really like to take him swimming. I don’t necessarily want a lesson as I want to be able to be free to go at a time that suits me. Has anyone been to any pools locally with their babies? How did you find it, where did you go and what did you put them in? Thanks!

I do Hillingdon swimbies at Hillingdon leisure centre, have been since my daughter was 3months of and now she’s 2.5. She’s so confident in the water now, happily jumps in and is able to swim independently with a noodle.

We like Windsor. Quite a bit shallow area and baby loves his baby float in the deeper bit and the wave machine.
