Looking for a friend x

Hey all! My little girl Aliana is 5 weeks now and is such a wonderful baby! She’s my 2nd and there were no signs of DS during pregnancy so it was a total shock. Initially it was quite hard for us to accept but we are so grateful for our little girl and look forward to seeing her grow. I do feel quite isolated though so hoping to connect with other mums in and around London who can share experiences x
