Both my transfers that resulted in my kids were modified natural with the addition of the antihistamine protocol

@Christin what is modified natural? Is that with estrogen?

It’s with your natural cycle so limited meds. I took progerestone suppositories, doxycycline, aspirin prednisone, Claritin, Pepcid, a prenatal and a trigger 6 days before transfer.

@Christin what did you take to help your lining thicken? Did you use vaginal probiotics?

I haven't had a successful transfer yet but for my first failed two I just took progesterone. For my upcoming third I am on down regulation for three months with Prostap then I will be adding in estrogen to build the lining back up and progesterone. I am also on pre-natal supplements and vaginal probiotics. I feel quite confused knowing what to try but hoping this next one is the one 🤞 I would have a conversation with the clinic if you are unsure about the protocol you're on. That's what I did and they changed it for me. Good luck!

My clinic said there wasn't great evidence for changing anything for endo, so they just decided based on other tests. Since I was super regular and a lot of my tests were normal I did natural. I was nervous about not having progesterone support because I spot so they let me have progesterone suppositories after transfer since it doesn't hurt. ETA: That was my only FET and I had success.
