Work place bullying
Basically long story short I have been bullied in my work place for 7 months now called names made to do things which no one else wanted to etc no one spoke to me just because one person started it by not liking me people copied basically it was my last day today for maternity leave no one said anything to me my little boy who’s 3 waited outside for me with my bf I came out and another staff member said can you leave the site now I was so upset by this but I just went we got in the car drove around the corner and three of the girls were standing their shoving their fingers up screaming and shouting fucking cunts /bitch dye etc etc for no reason so obviously I’m crying so upset I’ve message my manager and told her and she’s messaged back saying these girls said it was me and my bf who done it I would never in a million years use that language or act like that in front of my child I am honestly so upset I’ve had to leave at 29 weeks because I couldn’t take much more then for this happen 😭some how this is been all blamed on me which I now won’t have a job to go back to 5 years I have worked for that nursery and got nothing back

Just don't go back. It's not worth it. Karma will catch up with them.
I'm so sorry you have gone through that, it's awful. Are you part of a union at all? Otherwise speak to ACAS. They are really good at advising what your employee rights are. Xx

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It’s a horrible thing to go through. You can take your place to tribunal for constructive dismissal (where you feel you’ve had no choice but to leave). And you can consider putting in an official bullying complaint. It sounds like a horrible place to work and it sounds like you’ve done the best thing to go now so you’re not in that environment. Especially when pregnant. Sometimes it’s best to leave and cut ties
