Yes all the time. I started buying the gerber toddler meals and they’re good to have on hand when I’m struggling

simple meal ideas: (think about it like a second breakfast for just a snack) -something with egg, however they prefer. my girl will never turn down eggs cooked with ham / toasted tortilla bits/ melted cheese -greek yogurt for protein +maple syrup +plenty cinnamon , offer a few thin thin slices of honey crisp apple for dipping or bananas if they prefer -slice of havarti cheese +crunchy grapes +their favorite healthiest possible crackers or slices of toast -easy can of soup -easy bowl of spaghetti -rice & black beans +cheese -(F)rozen smoothie +F blueberries +F bananas + organic orange juice -orange slices / grapefruit slices & bread with butter and jam

Yes - lunch is the meal which is least likely to eat. She does well with a 4:30pm snack and 6:30pm dinner

Yes that’s how mines is. She’ll eat breakfast heavy meal then snack through out the day then dinner another heavy meal. The heavy meals she barely touches only a few bites taken out I have to save it till she gets hungry again
