Back Pain
Hi just wanted to ask if anyone has used a pregnancy support belt to relieve back pain? If so, could you please recommend any good belts to try? Thanks

I literally got the babygo one delivered today and went out for a 30 min walk to test it out. Still got a bit of round ligament pain but I think it definitely helped and I felt a lot more supported. X

I got referred to an NHS physio really quickly and they gave me one at the appointment. Was really impressed! My friend also leant me her babygo one.

Hey, I have the babygo one, it was gifted to me but they said they got it on Amazon and for me it has helped with back pain and I like wearing it when I’m in the kitchen and stuff coz it gives my belly some support. It’s the only one I tried so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it was super helpful for me.
