Maternity Leave - Additional Work
I am looking for some ideas on how to make a little extra money whilst on Maternity Leave.
My partner has just started as an apprentice Firefighter so taken a significant pay cut, and with my company only offering SMP we have agreed the maximum I can financially take off from work is 5 months, and that will still be a push.
Has anyone found any "side hustles" that helped during this time to top up finances or any suggestions.
Any advice would be so helpful. Thank you.

My sister became a self employed cleaner and stated she would have to bring her baby and done a set price so if she took extra time for the baby
I know some mums who were crafty/picked up a craft and started selling their things online. Anything from crochet, to making bookmarks x
If only! We would alll be doing a magical side hustle if we could lol. You may get lucky though and try above suggestions and something may take off for you. Unfortunately for the majority, it's just a very hard time financially. I would just suggest staying clear of pyramid schemes!
