You can introduce it whenever you decide to start solids! I tried out yogurt at about 4 months! It seems to be a baby’s favorite from a lot of moms I know! I’m sure there are other kinds but Greek yogurt of your choice is a great way to start when introducing for the first time.

i started 4/5 months xx

Thanks girls my baby’s been on purée and is hit and miss but likes the fruit ones bit the food ones like pasta stuff so I’m going to try him on solids now he’s 6 months but I think yoghurt’s could be a good mid day snack with a milk fill him up a bit I don’t know don’t have an idea what am doing to be honest just guessing 😂

@Charlotte i don’t have a clue either 🤣 i usually give yougurt after porridge for breakfast or as dessert after dinner xx

@Charlotte yes it’s a great mid day snack & also really great sides for breakfast or even dinner! My baby LOVES it. I know if all else fails & he doesn’t want anything he will 100% eat yogurt lol . Try different flavors it’s sweet & tasty! You’re doing amazing !

@Breanna thank you ☺️

@Evie so overwhelmed by it all defo over thinking too 😂

whenever you starts solids! it’s usually best to buy plain , unsweetened yogurt and add your flavors & toppings at home (i like to do a variety of mashed berries in yogurt or banana , avocado, etc. and i add a little hemp hearts in there but that’s totally optional! whole milk plain yogurt is great & greek plain yogurt is great as well, just be cautious that it is a dairy allergen to watch out for (one of the top 9) so be sure to serve the yogurt for 3-4 days straight to make sure baby has no reaction to it

@Jewels thank you and this allergy thing is really stressing me out 😂

We started with full fat Greek yogurt after he turned 6 months and it’s a hit!

6 months.

@Charlotte don’t worry girl me too 🤣🤣 I nearly had a freak attack while getting ready to introduce my baby to egg
