@Charlie I have heard that rule on this app but not from my doctor’s office, which is weird.
Did you ever ask your doctor when to come in? Or if they will turn you away from being admitted

Yeah usually the docs say 5-1-1 every 5 minutes, lasting 1 minute and happening for an hour. This seems premature, but call L&D and let them know. Edited to add especially if your first baby.
