Postpartum damage

I’m 3 months postpartum second pregnancy . Everything hurts still. My hands and arms go numb and wrists hurt to put any weight on them. My legs go numb and ankles and hips hurt when I walk. The drs in the beginning said it would go away after a few weeks but it is actually getting worse. Has anyone gone though this?

I am 1 week postpartum and I feel like absolute 💩 I have been told it will go away, but I also feel like it is getting worse. My pelvic bone and hips started making a popping sound when I walk and turning from one side to the other side in bed is agony. Now seeing your post I'm scared this might be where I'll also end up. Sorry I have no advice. Just lots of sympathy. I hope you start feeling better soon and I hope doctors start taking you seriously in order to maybe run some tests to see what else could be going on

With my first I had this for a few months. I went to drs a couple of times and even got tested for rheumatoid arthritis but it eventually went away around about 6-9months postpartum. Pregnant now with my second and not looking forward to possibly going through it again 🫣

Having my second in December. Thank you guys for absolutely terrifying me 💙

@Abby mama don’t overthink… not all of us go through things like this 🥺, each one of us is different. Personally I’m almost 2 months pp and I am perfectly fine, thankfully. So don’t worry until there’s something to worry about

You should tell your doctor this mama, if they don’t take it seriously look for a different opinion, but I believe that after those 6 weeks past you should start feeling better slowly, not worse🥺. I’m sorry, I hope this goes away asap for you

I definitely wouldn't say that's normal. I wasn't like that with either of mine. I'd keep on at the doctors

@Abby don’t be scared my first I had no problems. Everyone is different

Do you have any swelling? I would definitely take it seriously doesn’t sound normal to me.

@Jacquelyn did you have an epidural? If so, get a lymphatic drainage massage asap to detox. Epidurals are extremely toxic (they contain fentanyl)

@Day @Kira D. No swelling . I had a spinal

I am into 10 month of my post partum. After 7 months I had all the worst PAINS while carrying my baby and more running around. I am more exhausted now then before

Have you been resting??

I was in bad pain until atleast 6 mo pp..my hands and arms were fine but back shoulders hips thighs legs feet.. it was all hurting so bad .. my knees and feet would crack nd pop even when I was sitting ne feet and legs would hurt so bad.. the pain slowly went away..i used to go for massages, which would honestly give just a little relief and pain would be back after just a few hrs but I still tried that. But yeah definitely talk to your Dr. Mine just recommended tylenol 🫠

Everyone heals differently. Check with your doctor again or get a second opinion though. The chiropractor helped me a lot since I had a lot of back and pelvic pain.
