Single mum struggle

My twins are 4yrs old. Since the weather has changed they been ill with sever cold, flu and bad coughs (I hate the winter season even more for this reason) Am spending so much on medication they go through a bottle of 100mls calpol, cough medicine and neurofen a day. I am finding myself spending £30 a week on these meds and money is so tight right now. I am just feeling terrible about it.
