i think i’m gonna do it 2 times also with the boy being around you think how does that apply like near me or i’m confused on that part

@lindsay I’m not entirely sure, just something I’ve heard about. I guess no males are suppose to be helping you with the test or touching any parts of the test and it’s best if they are not in the room. I don’t know the logic behind that.

@Marti ahhh congrats I have a little girl she’s the yummiest !

We did the NIPT last time due to both of us having some health issues. We found out we were having a healthy baby girl, which was accurate :) during my pregnancy we also found out my husband had a congenital heart defect, so we'll be doing the NIPT again for this baby to make sure we have a good picture of their health. I think last time we did it at 10 weeks, so less than a month to go! ahhh!!!

They make an option you can do at the doctors so then it's accurate! Tha what I did and it was very accurate :)

@Melissa unfortunately insurance doesn’t always cover the one from the doctor and it is very expensive.

@Marti oh there's a sneak peek one that you can do at the doctors office. It's like $150. That includes like the lab and everything.

@Marti the sneak peek one that you can do at the doctors office is only a little bit more expensive than the one you do at home. That's what we did and I think it was like $152 dollars or something.

@Melissa I bought the sneak peek at Walgreens for $40. So maybe we’re talking about a different test.
