Seconding Baby Gaga. My LO is 18 months old so too old for the spa, but we go to the normal classes & have been to most of the events. Always really good. There’s also a couple of forest schools with sensory classes for babies and classes for toddlers (forest frontiers and hedgehogs woodland adventures) and Tumbletots in Tottington which is a more active class x

Heyy :) There are some groups that are put on via Start Well, the shake, rattle and roll is really good! https://www.boltonstartwell.org.uk/downloads/file/732/bolton-start-well-family-hubs-programme Baby Gaga in Egerton do a really good Baby Spa class (not tried any others yet) And there is a walking group on a Wednesday at Smithills Hall called Mama Social. We go for a walk around the estate and then go back to the cafe for a drink, cake, food and a chat :) Mama Social do a few different locations as well https://www.mammasocialco.com/booking-calendar/talk-walk-smithills Hope they help :) x
