Keep trying different things. My baby is picky. It helps if you make your own too. You can introduce things slowly once you know what she likes. Like mine loves sweet potatoes. So I fed him sweet potatoes and then added carrots to the purée. Now he likes sweet potatoes and carrots and so on
My daughter is almost 7 months and she is the same! Exclusively breastfed no bottles also I think they prefer mommy’s warm milk. I’ve tried every type of baby food and she’s just not interested yet 😆
You’re both doing great! Learning new flavors and textures is hard on baby and mama…. Have you tried slightly warming the puree your offering her? The baby feeders with spoons with holes help introduction transition … babies are able to try flavors and textures more slowly and still use the familiar sucking motion of bottle/ breast
Baby’s still learning to swallow… just take your time and slowly let her go at her pace . Bone broth, bone marrow, meat stock in liquid, jelly or solid form
Adding breastmilk / formula to puree mixture….. Offering larger pieces of food to suck on helps introduce food too … peeled mini cucumbers my baby loved when she started teething . She would hold and suck on the cold cucumber…. The seed of a mango… messy but is great to allow them to explore it themselves
Keep trying each day little by little…. Maybe once a day then build up to twice… I would offer single ingredient foods untill your sure she has no allergies….. she will make faces and gag but each day she will make progress if you stick to trying…… be as encouraging as possible while feeeding her, lots of smiles and praise……. Also setting your baby next to you while you eat… just by watching you they learn so much… she we eventually start asking to try by grabbing for what your eating
Also try a wide range of flavors, like pureed beans vs a sweet n sour fruit like blueberries will be wildly different to them… so it helps to keep trying all sorts of different foods
What types have you fed her
