She’s here🥰

Unexpectedly welcomed our little girl Lottie-Mae on 20/09/2024 a whole 3 weeks early via c-section due to her seeming to drop weight and then finding she had flipped back into breech and presenting feet first🫣 Just so happy to have her here healthily after a concerning week before she arrived.. Good luck to all you mummies to be, it’s so worth all the stresses you may have been through 💕

Oh she’s absolutely beautiful, and love her name! Congratulations💕

Aw she’s so cute congratulations!

Congratulations! I’m afraid I’m having the same problem saying my boy is showing deceleration in growth as he’s lower than 10th percentile May I ask if they recommended earlier delivery because of dropping weight or further found out the placenta and cord aren’t working properly? Thank you I’m very concerned but they wouldn’t give me an earlier scan until 14th Oct which is only one week before my planned c-section date :(

Super cute! Congratulations x

@Ami So the original plan was to be induced at 37 weeks exactly as from her 36 week growth scan, it looked as of she had dropped to the 9.5% percentile and had raised UAPI (placental resistance) so to reduce risks, they wanted her out but I then went in for reduced movements where they then found from a scan that she had flipped again but the UAPI was fine on that scan. It can all just be down to baby’s position and the person scanning as she came out at 6lbs5oz and the theatre staff measured her on the 20th percentile… how different! In my opinion, they wouldn’t risk making you wait if they had any serious concerns but if you are really concerned I would speak to your triage team to see of you can get an earlier scan. I know it’s easy to say but try not to worry as you’ll send yourself mad thinking the worst like I did! Wishing you all the best✨💕

She's so beautiful! Congratulations 🎊

Congratulations so glad she's ok and glad it was a safe arrival of your little one ❤️

Bundle of joy

@Lorna thanks so much for sharing. That’s true I agree they wouldn’t risk making me wait if it’s something serious ♥️♥️ congrats to you again!!
