tips as a first time and single mum

as a single mum doing it alone i am so glad i didnt enter depression,it is so hard not been depressed but i guess what i did worked for me and u could try it 1,buy tapo camera this helped me alot for anxiety 2,buy bp and blood sugar kit check it once everyweek 3,leave your baby with a nanny once a month or twice a month ,i dont have money so i do once a month 4,go out with your baby for bus ride and try window shopping once a week or twice a week 5,kit up well because of the weather and take a walk with baby 6,have conversations with other mums even if you get snubbed it helps to remove your mind from just u and baby. lastly do what works for you no one really cares tbh i had low bp cause i was trying to do what everyone say,i had to stop and start doing what i listed and worked for me made things a bit easy for me i am not just a first time mom i am a mom who is doing it alone with my beautiful baby its never easy but it reduced the stress for me.

What a beautiful baby.

@𝔾𝕚𝕤𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕖 thank you

Bless you. I am mom here too. Doing it without the father. I know it gets very hard sometime. Proud of yourself always!. Motherhood was not meant to be doing alone. Always better with a tribe. I am glad you find a comfort routine to stay sane. Big hugs to you mama.

@Lesly Sharyn highly appreciated 💜

Can I ask, why are you checking your baby’s blood sugar levels?

@Shay hell no my blood sugar not has she is not old enough for all that i check mine cause i do everything alone so i always have to check my health while taking care of her

@Joy your baby is adorable and you are a superwoman. It is so hard and you are getting up everyday and being there and raising a little human on your own. Thank you for sharing, love and light for you 💕

@Natasha message appreciated💜

Your words are inspiring. Its Definitely tough being a single parent mum. Taking care of yourself is not easy and it takes a great deal of self-motivation and strength which you are doing and that’s great. As a single mum myself, I have a 10 year old son and I’ve learned that being a mum is an on the job experience and what you put in place to take care of you and your child will change overtime. It’s never a linear process. You work with what you have and what your able to do in the moment. One other thing I’d add just from 10 years of experience is to be compassionate with yourself when things get/feel rough. You won’t always feel on top, they’ll be times where you’ll question if what your doing is enough. As uncomfortable as it may feel to doubt yourself, it’s a part of the process and normal 🙌🏽🌺❤️.

She’s so pretty omg!!

Just wanted to say what a beauty she is xx

@Sharon thank you much appreciated

@Ioana awwwwn thank you much appreciated

@Monique thank you so much for your words helps me alot also much appreciated

@Joy ooh lol my bad! I was thinking I wasn’t sure if you meant you or the little one but yeah I get it now. I also raise my son alone so I understand the worries around your own health. When my bp and sugar levels drop I can always feel it luckily but I know for others it’s not always that obvious.
