Many children's multivitamins are typically given once daily, often with a meal to enhance absorption and minimize any potential stomach discomfort. We take them in the morning because vitamins can provide an energy boost.

I usually give my son his daily dose with his breakfast 😊

Once a day - we usually give it just after breakfast

How old is your child. If your child is older than two they can do the hyaa vitamins. Idk how to spell it. But those i’ve heard are great and don’t have a ton of sugar and it’s just once a day. Instead of others that have sugar and you have to take multiple

We use multivitamins and it’s just once a day. I tend to give them in the morning with breakfast

Thank you for all your responses. I’m looking forward to giving him his regular dose of vitamins in the morning. It makes sense as it boosts energy. I also need to be consistent!

@Charlotte how do you add it to his breakfast? What does he eat for brekky? Or do you mean to add to his first morning milk? Xx

Sorry, I didn’t mean actually in his breakfast. I’ll give it either just before he starts eating it or just after x

It all depends on what ones you buy. Some have to be given directly in the mouth, others with food/drink.. I get the latter as it's much easier than trying to get them to take it.
