I feel exactly the same. I did swimming, baby massage, a drop in group and a weaning group and not one mum hung about for a coffee afterwards or said more then a "hello". I wish I had met a mum who I could go for coffee with etc but it seems impossible. Or maybe I'm just bad at making friends! ( I do have resting bitch face so I think this puts people off 😂).

I am the same this time around, with my first I met a girl on Mush and we are still friends now. Have you tried local churches? They usually do baby groups which are more relaxed which may help. Tbh I haven’t made it to one yet but going to try next week as I think it may be easier to meet other mums at these groups.
@Alicia oh you’ve tried them all! 😂 I was thinking maybe I need to try different groups or yeah maybe I’m just not good at making friends, at least it’s not just me 😂😂 manifesting a mum friend for us both 🙏🏽😂

I feel the exact same. Rory will be 7 months next week (how quick has that gone 🥹) and I've yet to make a mum bestie!! I've found baby sensory very clicky, and our swimming lessons seem to be couples and I feel a bit awkward with the dads there! X
@Ellie okay glad it’s not just me! 😂 aww our babies are around the same age my little girl is 7 months on the 8th! Its absolutely flown by hasn’t it 🥹 Sooo clicky it’s annoying! X
I’ve made 1 mum friend on MAT leave however her little boy is 14 months now so way too old for my baby and it’s hard to do mum things with the big age gap😓
