Breakfast??

Literally every other meal I succeed on, but breakfast has been hard to plan. Baby doesn't like eggs, I'm trying to avoid sodium, and he also rejects oatmeal/overnight oats because I now think it's too sweet. I'm also lactose intolerent, so yogurt that early is a no-go. Thoughts on breakfast ideas? Im trying to do high protein (per my doctor since I do have PCOS), but at this point, I'm not sure what to eat. 😭😭

I do all those and also avocado toast. “French toast” just dipped in milk and egg and cinnamon. Bowl of fruits. Pancakes/waffles I buy a mix that is high protein so it doesn’t have too much sugar and I add apples or carrots to give it another flavor, also a lot of butter

I second making protein things! I make protein balls (like oat, honey, a nut butter, etc ...) and muffins/pancakes whatever sounds good and you can meal prep a bunch so throughout the week you don't have to cook. I usually try to eat a banana or peach or some type of fruit with it

I’ve never been a huge fan of sweet foods in the morning. My go to breakfasts are avocado toast (i like to add eggs on top of mine but if you can’t tolerate eggs can add turkey bacon or sausage for more protein! If you can handle cottage cheese that’s a lot of extra protein you can add on top. I’m a huge fan of breakfast sandwiches. I’ll often use sourdough bread, bagels, or English muffins with cheese & protein of choice!

I haven’t been able to enjoy or eat a breakfast without feeling sick or nauseous. breakfast and coffee used to be one of my favorites and now if I even think about coffee I get so sick. hoping things go back to normal once I give birth lol

I love protein waffles. My go to is to add banana slices and yogurt instead of syrup. You could do coconut milk yogurt
