*big hug* im pretty sure a lot of us feel this way! If not for a long time, the anxiety definitely hits at points. Be kind to yourself, remember LOTS of hormones are working overtime and things can affect you in different ways. You don’t need to stress, from my experience, no matter how ‘ready’ you think you are, you’re not aha. It’s a whole new world out there! You grow and get stronger as you do it. And, you will mess up at different times but that’s okay! Being kind to yourself and learning is what matters. I remember leaving the hospital after five days being like, what?! They’re just letting us leave, without instructions, or a nurse, or ANYTHING?!? Ahahaha If you wanna DM me feel free ☺️ you’re not alone and you’re gunna be an amazing mumma! ❤️

Yes that’s exactly it like what if I forget to do something or if I just do something wrong 😳🫤!! Like I’m going to be in charge of a tiny little person 😑!!! Very anxious and scared 😟😟 but thank you 🙏🏽

Ahaha yeah it’s daunting BUT honestly, you will be okay. Do you have supports around you? That can be helpful too, but don’t get overwhelmed by everyone’s opinions. I think that just adds to the anxiety 😅 and it’s okay to forget or do things wrong just because you’re a mum doesn’t mean you’re not human! Your bubba will be okay. I honestly think the fact you’re so worried and already hehe means you’ll probably be absolutely fine ☺️

Totally natural to feel this way , you will adjust in time and it becomes more exciting then you start to feel the love , then your child is born and its the most amazing thing you will ever do I promise ❤️ Congratulations muma xxx

If you are worried about being a bad parent, you are already a great parent

I was the same for the first month I found out. The only thing that helped me was acupuncture, it’s been life changing. As well as reading/watching things that are actually informative (not peoples negative birth stories etc) and I’ve felt so much more ready and relaxed this past month than ever

You’ve got plenty of time to prepare. 9 months can go really slowly; it’s a long time to prepare practically and emotionally. Take a breath and enjoy the journey. You’ll figure things out as you need to, and the things you miss, it’ll be okay. Even the fact that you’re on peanut already will be a help.

You can do it 😁 It's a learning curve but you will learn.
