Hysterical at nursery drop off

Whenever my little girl has cried at drop Off they’ve told me as soon as I’m out of sight she’s fine. They take pictures and it’s obvious she’s having a great time and that’s eased my worries

Just to say our little one was the same, very upset at drop off and also cried a lot during her stays there, it broke my heart and made me feel so guilty. It's been about 3 weeks of consistent sessions now (3 full days a week) and there is still a bit of a lip wobble at drop off but she is SO much happier there. I was convinced she would never get better despite everyone insisting she would, but she honestly is 10x better than she was in those early days. I try to think of it as it being the sign of a really strong bond with how hard it was for her to initially part from us 💛 hang in there, it'll get better I promise!

@Kate Thank you, I hope she will settle soon! They said she did have a half hour nap which is a positive sign 🤞 it is just getting them used to it isn't it!
