@Steph i did think that, but i had sex before and i was fine and it’s proper red heavy ish blood so it’s not like spotting

Probably would mean you’ve already ovulated if you’re already bleeding. It may be that it’s not your period and you’re just bleeding because of the intercourse soon after birth. But if it would make you feel better than you could always get the morning after pill if it would help calm you.
