Go to a pregnancy center near you! They had me come in for an ultrasound at 7 weeks
A lot of obgyns are very very backed up or have a lot of patients. I imagine that it’s very hard to schedule. They see you every month, then every 2 weeks, then every one week so they have to keep their schedule open for current patients. You also can’t see a whole lot on ultrasounds until 12 weeks. I went to the hospital at 6 weeks and got an ultrasound and they told me that they couldn’t find a heartbeat and it was a possibility that my baby wasn’t alive. This just freaked me out. There’s also not a whole lot that they can do for you until 12 weeks. I know it’s scary, but unless you do a wide search and willing to possibly travel to an obgyn that will see you, you will just have to hope and pray. Stress is not good for baby so try and keep yourself happy! Do things that you enjoy
I felt this way when I got pregnant (after a prior miscarriage). I couldn’t get in to see my doctor as soon as I wanted, for all the reasons everyone listed above, but I asked if they could do blood tests to monitor if my hcg was increasing on schedule for early pregnancy and they were good with doing that bc of the prior miscarriage. I was just honest with the office and said I was super stressed and wanted anything just to have some more info. If it would help you feel better to see blood work regularly, your doctor may be willing to order that even if they won’t see you yet

I’m sorry mama me too. My due date is allegedly 5/28 and they won’t see me till after 8 weeks. I’ve had two miscarriages. Just stay calm there’s not much that can be done. They won’t be able to see much. That’s why they wait till 8-12 weeks. An at home pregnancy test is as accurate as going in. All you can do now is be as healthy as possible by taking care of yourself and just waiting till your appointment. Feel free to message me. Sending you prayers and baby dust.
Hey babes go to Campbell that’s where I went when I lived in WV they saw me at 5 and got me a nurse visit. Make sure they know ur pregnant!! I made an appt called to do so, it was several weeks out and the morning sickness was killing within a few days I called back and was like look I’m so sick from this pregnancy I can’t do shit can y’all really not see me sooner? The chick otp was Ike oh ur pregnant we need to start u a chart come in Thursday which was 2 days away. But they didn’t know?! When I made the appt cause I pregnant 🤯🙄 but fr call back make sure they know if they won’t take u go somewhere else
do you have a center near you? there's free center that you can get a hearing ultrasound done as many time as you'd like
I have a history of 3 miscarriages and was seen by my family doctor until 10 weeks then both my family doctor and ob through my second trimester. My family doc got me into an ultrasound at 7/8 weeks for an early scan.
My first app was at 13 weeks and it’s wasn’t a nice wait. If you are able to maybe go private for an early reassurance scan I did one at 7weeks for £65 because I couldn’t stand the idea of waiting
Most places won’t see you before 12 weeks. It’s sad but unfortunately there is just nothing they can do if something happens. There are clinics around me that do first trimester ultrasounds though at 8 weeks! You could look into that!
