My 21 month old is sorta going though the same thing 😫 I just keep offering

I feel like it’s normal bc my 20 month old is starting to do the same

Same with my 20 months old son. I think they all just joined a group chat and concluded that they want to stop eating suddenly.😹😹 well I spoke to his pediatrician and he suggested I keep trying to feed him but not forcefully. He also said it’s just a phase and most toddlers act this way at some point of their developmental cycle. So I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I’m hoping it all goes away real soon,. Hang in there Mama ❤️

thank yall so far for reassurance 😭🩷 it just started outta nowhere and it made me feel bad some days when i know he didn’t eat much

I wouldn’t be too worried. My 20 month old has ALWAYS been difficult to feed - bad gag reflex, chews but won’t swallow and spits food out, you name it! He loves momma milk and is mostly a snacker (but doesn’t even snack much) and he’s big and healthy! You’re doing great, momma!

@Amy thank you so much momma ! 🤎🤍

My son will be 21 months in 2 weeks and he is going through the same thing

Same here! But what I do and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t is that I give her her food and she might eat like a couple bites then she says “all done” she goes and plays and I bring the plate of food back and she will eat a little more and I literally do it over and over until she goes to bed

@Andrea same thing I do!

Same!! The only thing my daughter is consistent with is breakfast which is normally pancakes and fruit or oatmeal, lunch and dinner is a struggleee

We’re going through the same thing. He’s always been a good eater but the past few weeks have been challenging

My son (20 months also) is going through the same phase. It definitely can drive me nuts but I’m just staying patient and the times he does want to eat I try to praise him so he knows I’m proud of him. Hang in there it won’t last forever!
