Career advise please

I work for Universal credit as work coach in the job centre. I've been in this position for 7 months and I feel like I need to move on as its not the job for me. Although it's an easy job, no stress, good hours I feel like I can do more and mostly I am Scared to be stuck in the position because of how stressless the job is. I was a paralegal and PA for HNWI before and my god it's a stressful job. I do not know where can I move after civil service job with no certain skills really… do you know anyone who worked as work coach before? I have masters degree in marketing but don't want to start as entry level in marketing because I am 37 and work coach salary is actually quite good but there is plateu in civil service jobs in terms of salary if I was to stay. Advice needed please

Is there no room for growth in the job centre?

@Jody there is but I just don’t want to work in job centre forgot to mention

I would recommend looking on the Civil Service jobs site There are some great roles and it sounds like you have a broad skill set There are also great opportunities to retrain through apprenticeships in the civil service too For example, this cyber apprenticeship looks great and decent salary too https://www.civilservicejobs.service.gov.uk/csr/index.cgi?SID=am9ibGlzdF92aWV3X3ZhYz0xOTI0NTExJm93bmVydHlwZT1mYWlyJnVzZXJzZWFyY2hjb250ZXh0PTk4OTU0MDc5JnNlYXJjaHNvcnQ9Z2VvZGlzdGFuY2Umc2VhcmNocGFnZT00JnBhZ2VjbGFzcz1Kb2JzJm93bmVyPTUwNzAwMDAmcGFnZWFjdGlvbj12aWV3dmFjYnlqb2JsaXN0JnJlcXNpZz0xNzI3ODkzMjY5LTliOTIwYzJkMTU0NjY5ZTMzM2Y5M2IwYjdkZjczYTY5YzQ3MzIxNjE=

Thank you :)
