Sorry if this is a silly question (our weaning is not going well so keen to learn from others) does your little one eat this themself with their hands or a spoon or do you spoon feed this to them?

@Emma I always put the option of her little spoon on the tray but she will usually use her hands I think she likes to feel the different textures makes more mess but its meant to be fun and a learning process. Witha yogurt though I dip the spoon in the yogurt and she puts the spoon in her mouth her self so she understands. But I think it's alot to do with hand eye coordination when it comes to using a spoon ect

@Vanessa I used a chilli sauce mix but added onions pepper and kidney beans
