Triage
Hi everyone , I’ve been trying to get through to triage all afternoon but keep getting to the front of the queue to be met with the same message ‘ all our agents are busy call back later’. Has anyone else had this?

My friend had this couple weeks back they told her to just rock up in the end as phones were playing up or they were too busy with emergencies. They'd rather you turn up then sit at home stressing. They are all lovely in there one of them was at our sons birth which was nice as I knew someone else in the room before hubby was allowed in xx
I had this last week, kept calling and waiting in the q and nothing. I was also trying to get through to clacton but their phone wouldn’t connect so when I did get through they told me to go to triage and would inform them I’m on my way. Get there and they didn’t know anything but see me straight away. Just go in x

Yeah when I was pregnant and after the birth. Their phone system is messed up. If you're concerned just go in. You don't actually have to call them. I could never reach them.
