I just carried my baby in the sling to the shops - I kept my core muscles tensed and it has helped - I’m trying anything xx
I struggle with the weight of my Lo As I have a history of back pain ! It’s not too bad most days but when trying to get Lo to sleep and she wriggles so much I worry I’m gonna drop her !
My osteopath recommended I do a 30 second plank x3 times a day and build on this to develop my core. Xx
