teething

HELP! my baby is 10 weeks old and i have suspicions she’s early onset teething. is this possible? she’s constantly chewing her hands and the past week or so she’s been so much more irritable, screaming, dribbling more than usual and not really napping and if she does it’s for like 20 minutes. however she hasn’t gone off her food doesn’t have typical teething rash and she slept from 10pm-6:30am last night without waking up. could this be teething? i have looked and felt around in her mouth but i can’t see anything yet.
