Can I give my 6 month old soft cheese? Like Philadelphia?
The nhs website says to avoid it because of listeria but I swear pasteurised soft cheese is safe from that?

Pasteurised Cheeses tend to be okay, so "soft" cheese like philadephia or a budget one is OK:) It's more brie, Camembert. Some goats Cheeses that they are referring too :)
