Feel like I've struggle so long in life and now all my dreams are coming into place! All I've ever wanted to do is to have a family of my own and today that final step happened! Love my fiancé and my sweet 4 month old! I can't wait for baby boy to get to be a part of our big day in the future 🤍 So much ugly crying today 😂
