No not at all. I feel refreshed and ready to play again when I get back.
Hell no. It's healthy to have a bit of time apart ! If you was with your child 24/7 you would go crazy ! I have 45 min on a Friday to do an exercise class and I LOVE it xx
Not so much guilty but just have separation anxiety and I’d be back home in less than 2 hours or so

I would get separation anxiety when mine were small and I was not near them because I had to run errands. Definitely normal 💕
