Worrying!

I’ve got just over 8 weeks to go and feel I have the important things to get through the first week at least. I have some 24 hour supermarkets near me and Amazon delivers next day so I honestly don’t think we need to worry as long as we have the basics

I am right there with you, all I currently have is a pram and that's only because my in laws bought it. I am in the middle of moving house and currently the nursery is full of boxes!

Haven’t even got a pram (need to a get a double) and got 9 weeks left …. Haven’t even thought about hospital bag! Defo different mind set when it’s not baby no1 😂😂 think I need to give myself a kick up the arse haha

Bea Daily on TikTok has a few brilliant videos with advice on what you would need if your baby came tomorrow! So helpful and really covers everything you should have a look on her page one of them is pinned. 11 weeks to go for me but still also clueless 😂xx

I’m the same but if it makes you feel better you are more organised than me! 🤣 waiting for a John Lewis order to arrive this week with pram etc….pretty well stocked on clothes but really need to get onto all the little essentials and hospital bag bits. The tik tok video that has just been shared on this thread seems really useful, I’m going to catch up on all her posts for some tips!

I feel like I have so much stuff but I don’t feel organised 😂. I need a pram and car seat but hoping we can just get that in a bundle. Hospital bag I’m going to sort at 34 weeks

I have 10 weeks left too and still have everything to get. Also ftm. Just here to tell you your doing better than some of us 😅

I don't think the important bits will be forgotten as they're rhe main things on our mind. The good thing in this day and age we have amazon prime , and 24 hour supermarkets. So even if we do forget anything, it's not like we can't get hold of it pretty quickly 😄

@Hannah this is me 😂 I have 8 weeks to go and just ordered 3 doubles to compare and decide on but other than that I haven’t got a single thing ready! I was so prepared with my first! Second time round you don’t have the time or the will to do it and everything is so relaxed! 😂 it’s all good unless the baby comes early then we might be buggared!

Don't panic too much - Amazon next day delivery is amazing (sometimes same day) and helped loads during my first haha. I thought about scenarios e.g have I got everything for feeding, sleeping, bathing, playing, tummy time, outside walks, medical stuff...

@Hannah I still haven’t decided. I was mainly focused on the compact light weight Roma Gemini but when it came I don’t like the look particularly and it’s a lot of money for something I don’t like. I also ordered the ickle bubba Venus and the baby jogger tour city 2. The bj has all the features I wanted except the basket is small and when putting my 20m in it she has very little room, I prefer the look of the ickle bubba but doesn’t fit through the front door so will be a struggle in tight spaces which is what I didn’t want. But has more space for my toddler and is less than half of the price! So I am now trying to decide what I really want in a double buggy and what to compromise on! I’m only petit and 4ft10 so the ickle bubba is quite high for me but everybody is obviously different and has different needs!! Sorry I couldn’t be more help! But I am definitely set on a side by side I know that much! X

Something for baby to sleep in on a night? You might not want a cot just yet but maybe a Moses basket or next to me crib?

I only just moved house a week ago and have absolutely nothing for the baby yet (well apart from a cute rug from ruggable that was on sale!!). Have made decisions re prams and car seats so just need to execute now. We have time, especially with amazon prime on hand
