C-Section at the Royal

Hi guys, anyone who has been referred to the booking team for a short notice section at the royal know how long in advance of going in you usually get the call? Baby was back in breech position at our 38 week appointment on Friday and they said they’d want him out before 39 weeks (which would be Thursday). The consultant seemed confident I should ring today if I hadn’t heard anything but I rang reception this AM and they just said you’ll get a call when there’s a booking slot.
